Idaho

With snow-capped mountains, wild river rapids, and the deepest canyon in the country, Idaho is known for its dramatic terrain. Though it has four distinct seasons, its climate varies by region. The southern region gets hotter in the summer, but low humidity keeps conditions comfortable. The northern region gets the most precipitation, including heavy snowfall. Extreme winter storms, flooding and wildfires are the main weather concerns.
