Delaware
Delaware has a mild, mid-Atlantic climate. Although much of the state experiences hot, humid summers, the temperatures along the long coastline are more comfortable, making it a popular destination for tourists. Protected by mountains in bordering Pennsylvania, Delaware has moderate winters with temperatures averaging 32 degrees.
